Are you struggling to attract clients and generate new business?
Wouldn't it be great if clients called you to give you business instead of the other way around?
It's not wishful thinking.
In fact, when I've landed contracts with oil companies, banks and major car manufacturers, they've called me to see if I could fit their projects into my schedule.
How did I get their attention without making cold calls or sending them marketing material?
I promoted my business with public speaking.
When I did presentations at association meetings and networking events, decision makers (or people who influenced the decision makers) approached me to do business with them.
If I had tried to contact them, I never would have made it past the gate keeper!
And even if I did, I would somehow have to convince the decision maker to give me some time to prove my services were needed.
But after I gave a presentation, the decision makers saw me as an expert and someone who could help them solve the problems they faced at work.
The same thing can happen for you.
And you don't have to be a professional speaker.
You just have to know what to say, how to say it and who to say it to.
